In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. The Center Congregational Church of Manchester will be hosting its first (hopefully annual) Christmas Tree Lighting!
The new tree, donated and planted by Newcity Builders, will stand near the church's other Christmas decorations each year. The Manchester community is excited about not only the tree, but the return of a fun holiday tradition!
This year the fun will begin at Silk City Coffee at 4:15 pm with caroling and free hot chocolate! At 4:45 pm Santa will lead the carolers up Main Street to the church lawn. Caroling will continue and Mayor Moran will help Santa light the tree!
So, plan to spend the afternoon downtown to do your holiday shopping, grab dinner, and enjoy this free family event!
