Failure to pay any tax that is due by February 2, 2026 will cause the tax to become delinquent and subject to interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, back to the original due date of January 1, 2026.

Established by the Manchester Board of Directors in September of 2025, the 21st Century Senior Center Task Force will explore and research current information to determine the appropriate location and building scope for a 21st Century Senior Center. The task force is be made up of three board members, two senior advisory committee members, one member from the Recreation and Park Commission and four Manchester residents.
Completed in 2022, the Facility Needs Assessment provides an in depth overview of the Manchester Senior Center and a proposed program of requirements for a modern facility. Please click the links below to access.
