Failure to pay any tax that is due by February 2, 2026 will cause the tax to become delinquent and subject to interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, back to the original due date of January 1, 2026.

The Public Works – Sanitation Department will be hosting another Free Drop-off Day at the Transfer Station. This event provides the residents of Manchester an opportunity to clean out their unwanted household waste at no cost. A free Recycling Permit is required to access the Transfer Station.
