There shall be no parking on any public highway or designated municipally owned, leased or operated off-street parking area or lot in the Town between the hours of 2:00AM and 6:00AM from December 1st through April 1st.

The Municipal Election will take place November 4, 2025 6am – 8pm. All regular polling locations will be open.
All ten polling places will be open from 6AM to 8PM for voters registered in Manchester. Same Day Registration on Election Day (November 4th)* will take place at Weiss Center, 479 Main St, 1st Floor. Parking in rear of the building Search for your polling place
Early Day Voting continues until Sunday November 2, 2025 10am-6pm. Early Voting and Same Day Registration (October 20th-November 2nd)* for the Municipal Election will be held at Mahoney Recreation Center, located at 110 Cedar Street (rear entrance). For more information, visit: Manchester Registrars
