Bidwell street will be closed from Hartford Road to Ramey drive starting 9/22/2026, for 30 days to allow for sewer main installation. Detour signs have been installed to help residents navigate around closure area.Salters Pool Parking Lot will be closed starting 9/21/2026, for 6-8 weeks to allow reconstruction of the parking lot. Pond access will be maintained during construction.
In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. Update as of 7/13/23**** The traffic signal at the intersection of Pleasant Valley Road and the I-84 Exit 62 ramps has been repaired and is fully operational. 7/6/23
The traffic signal at the intersection of Pleasant Valley Road and the Interstate 84 WB ramps (Exit 62) has been removed as a result of damage from a motor vehicle accident this morning.
The intersection is currently operating under all-way stop control. Please proceed with caution and expect delays during peak traffic hours.
It is estimated it will remain in this condition for approximately two weeks until a temporary traffic signal can be installed.
