Failure to pay any tax that is due by February 2, 2026 will cause the tax to become delinquent and subject to interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, back to the original due date of January 1, 2026.

The Town of Manchester has announced two grant programs utilizing American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds that are now open to eligible town businesses! Both programs aim to transform commercial properties by promoting structural and aesthetic improvements to increase vibrancy and economic opportunity throughout the town.
The Planning and Economic Development Department encourages eligible businesses to seize this opportunity to improve their businesses!
