In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. The Town of Manchester Planning and Zoning Commission has approved a comprehensive update to the Town of Manchester’s Plan of Conservation and Development (POCD), otherwise known as Manchester NEXT. The POCD became effective on Wednesday, July 12, 2023.
The Plan of Conservation and Development (POCD) is a long-range policy document that establishes visions and goals and guides Town growth through 2033.
