The Manchester Police Department is issuing an Snow Emergency Parking Ban in advance of a significant winter storm forecasted for this weekend and into early next week.The parking ban will take effect at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 22, and will remain in effect until 6:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 24.
Trash and recycling curbside collection will not occur on Monday, 2/23. The normal collection schedule will be pushed back 1 day all week. Residents should keep their trash and recycling bins away from the streets and sidewalks until after snow cleanup has been completed.

1. We will be out doing inspections at properties that had permitted work completed this year. Some of these inspections will be on Saturdays. We will always be wearing a badge, identifying us as town officials and will be driving a Town of Manchester vehicle. For some permit work, we may request a brief interior inspection, for others, we may be able to inspect and measure the outside. This is to update the property record card with accurate data.
2. Declarations of Personal Property are DUE BY NOVEMBER 1 to avoid penalty, for anyone who is a business owner of any scale. If you haven’t received a declaration, they are available along with instructions and detailed information on our webpage: Personal Property Forms
