In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. Manchester Animal Control’s LOW-COST Rabies Clinic will be held Saturday, June 01, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM Charter Oak Park, 50 Charter Oak Street.
Proof of previous rabies certificate must be presented in order to receive a 3-year vaccine. $20 per pet Cash Only. All dogs MUST be leashed, and all cats MUST be in a carrier. All towns are welcome! Please pick up after your pet.

The Town Hall will be open during this event for Manchester residents to purchase their dog license – 41 Center St, Manchester CT 06040.
You can purchase or renew dog licenses in person at the Town Clerk’s office, via drop box at Town Hall, by mail, or the online system (June only). Fees are $8 for a spayed or neutered dog and $19 for an unaltered dog. The license is valid July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025.
