In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. A project to resurface Union Street (N. Main St. to Tolland Turnpike) has begun. Work will include the milling of existing pavement, the resetting of storm drain and manhole tops, and the installation of new pavement surface.
Expect minor traffic delays during normal working hours (May -June weekdays 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM) and travel on a grooved surface with raised structures during construction.
