In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. The Manchester Lodge of Elks #1893 will present its annual Citizen of the Year award to the Manchester Fire Dept. in honor of the combined services of the 8th Utilities District and Manchester Fire Rescue EMS on Friday, Sept. 29, 2023. The award will be presented at the Elks Lodge at 30 Bissell St. with a dinner as we celebrate this historic event, 100 years in the making.
