Failure to pay any tax that is due by February 2, 2026 will cause the tax to become delinquent and subject to interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, back to the original due date of January 1, 2026.

THE PAVING PORTION OF THE CONNECTICUT DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION’S PROJECT TO RESURFACE ROUTE 83 (MAIN STREET AND OAKLAND STREET) BETWEEN CENTER STREET AND TOLLAND TURNPIKE WILL BEGIN ON OR AROUND OCTOBER 9TH AND TAKE APPROXIMATELY TWO WEEKS TO COMPLETE.
MOTORISTS CAN EXPECT LANE CLOSURES ON ROUTE 83 FROM US 6 & 44 (CENTER STREET) TO THE BEGINNING OVERLAP OF ROUTE 30 DEMING STREET IN MANCHESTER. THE WORK SCHEDULE FOR THIS PROJECT IS SUNDAY THROUGH THURSDAY FROM 7 P.M. TO 5 A.M. TRAFFIC CONTROL PERSONNEL AND SIGNING PATTERNS WILL BE UTILIZED TO GUIDE MOTORISTS THROUGH THE WORK ZONE.
