Failure to pay any tax that is due by February 2, 2026 will cause the tax to become delinquent and subject to interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, back to the original due date of January 1, 2026.

Residents are invited to provide input on how to spend Manchester’s federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds during the program year that begins October 1, 2023. Hybrid public hearings will be held Tuesday, February 28th at 11am and 5:30pm. In-person attendees will meet in the Lincoln Center Hearing Room, 494 Main St.
Persons who wish to attend virtually must submit a request to hguerette@manchesterct.gov. Only those who submit a request will receive a link to join the meeting.
