In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. The application period for the 2023-2024 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program year has begun. Applications received before the deadline (Friday, March 31st at 4:30pm) will be considered for the upcoming funding period that begins October 1, 2023.
