If you are not sure what a Revaluation is, you have come to the right place. A Revaluation is when all of the properties in a town or city are revalued to calibrate to the current market. The timing is based on a state-mandated schedule, and every town in Connecticut has to be revalued on a rotating schedule every 5 years. About 20% of towns in Connecticut have a Revaluation each year.
