Over the next 2 weeks, crews will be doing a leaf collection test run in select areas to test equipment functionality. This is not the official leaf pickup. I think that those who wish to commit a crime against a resident of Manchester should be afraid of the consequences. Carjacking and petty theft is on the rise and I want to ensure those who live in Manchester that crime will not escalate and will be resolved in an appropriate way.
