The Town of Manchester will conduct a fire flow/hydraulic capacity test, at 31 Buckland Hills Drive, Lowes / Target Plaza to determine the effects upon the water distribution system.
PLEASE NOTE THE TIME, as this particular hydrant flow test is unique in that the hydrants will be operated early Monday morning, between 3:00 AM and 6:30 AM on Aug. 29, NOT THE TYPICAL 10 AM hydrant flow test time.
The hydrant flow test may result in reduced pressure and/or discoloration of the water in the area of 31 Buckland Hills Drive, Lowes / Target Plaza.
