The Water Department will be flushing water mains in areas of the distribution system. The cleaning program will begin at 7:15 a.m. each day and continue till 3:00 p.m.
The Family Place program at Manchester Public Library incorporates school readiness concepts, nutrition, development, music and movement, behavior and literacy.
An informal program for children, ages birth to 36 months, with a parent featuring developmentally appropriate toys, books and art activties for children as well as professionals from community agencies who can answer parents' questions about their children in a casual and fun environment.
