James “Dutch” Fogarty Memorial Fireworks Event Returns to Manchester!

The Town of Manchester is proud to announce the return of the annual James “Dutch” Fogarty Memorial Fireworks Event on July 11, 2026, starting at 4:00 PM (rain date July 12th). Join us as we celebrate the 250th anniversary of America's independence! This highly anticipated celebration will continue to bring residents and visitors together for an evening of family-friendly fun, community pride, and a spectacular fireworks display.

 

The event will take place at CT State Community College, offering a vibrant atmosphere filled with live music, food vendors, and activities for all ages. Families are encouraged to bring blankets and lawn chairs to enjoy the festivities leading up to the grand finale fireworks show, lighting up the Manchester sky.

 

The James “Dutch” Fogarty Memorial Fireworks Event serves as a tribute to Fogarty’s lasting impact on the Manchester community. Known for his dedication to youth programs and local initiatives, his legacy continues to inspire connection and celebration throughout the town.
