It Takes a Village Postpartum Program

It Takes a Village Instagram Images (2).png

“It Takes a Village” is a financial and social support pilot program created to surround mothers and families with care during the postpartum period. We recognize that healing, recovery, and adjustment after birth take a village—and this program is designed to provide practical support, trusted resources, and consistent connection during that time. This program is grounded in a commitment to improving postpartum outcomes and addressing disparities in maternal health.

Participants receive a Recovery Care Bundle and six weeks of dedicated support from our care team.
