In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. Join Manchester Art Association for a watercolor workshop entitled a “Different Approach to Landscape”. This class, taught by well-known local artist Carolyn Emerson, will use an amazing wet paper approach resulting in dramatic no-fail skies, unfussy but effective middle grounds, and fresh looking results all around. The workshop is Saturday, March 18, 2023 from 10 am – 4 pm at Manchester Church of Christ, 595 Tolland Turnpike and costs $100. There is plenty of parking; the entrance to the Fellowship Hall is on the back side of the church.
