In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. With the guidance of our Poet Laureate (Nadia Sims) and Town Troubadour (Bill Ludwig), participants will explore their personal experiences and perspectives, transforming them into poetry and music that celebrates their journeys and honors their contributions. All community members are invited to share, listen, and be part of this creative tribute to those who serve. (ages 16+) This free event is being held as a companion program to THE WALL THAT HEALS - a 3/4 model of the Vietnam Memorial which will be on display 24/7 in Charter Oak Park from 9/19-9/22.
