Failure to pay any tax that is due by February 2, 2026 will cause the tax to become delinquent and subject to interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, back to the original due date of January 1, 2026.

"Tea and Silk”
Sunday, June 9 1:00 p.m. at the History Center, 175 Pine Street. Welcoming Penny West, who will present an illustrated talk about her great-grandparents, Gustavus Farley Jr. and Katharine Cheney Farley, pictured at right. Katharine, the daughter of the youngest of the Cheneys who founded Manchester’s silk industry, married a tea merchant from Massachusetts, and in 1880, theytraveled to Japan, where her husband based his tea-importing firm.Free for members, $5.00 for non-members. Dale Scheutz will organize refreshments.
