The meeting is a public meeting and as such members of the public can also attend the meeting in-person or remotely by means of video conferencing. Individuals who wish to speak remotely must complete a Request to Speak form by 4:00 p.m. the day of the meeting. The Town of Manchester Water Department is in the process of making upgrades to the Globe Hollow Water Treatment Plant. Due to these upgrades, the annual water main flushing program will be moved to Fall 2025.
The August 8th concert will be held at the Rain Location: Army Navy Club.

This Manchester-based group has a passion for the timeless sounds of swing.
Dance to classic rock and blues.
Repertoire includes bluegrass favorites, some good ol’ country songs and notably, a number of original tunes, including “Old Guys,” a Podunk Bluegrass Festival award winner.
These accomplished musicians authentically recreate classic blues, new blues and classic R&B.
This concert will be held indoors at the Army Navy Club.
Their wide range of cultural styles includes Latin salsa/jazz, funk, and R&B.
