Get ready to bike, ride, and celebrate at SPINFEST Powered by Rotary in Motion, happening Saturday, October 4, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Charter Oak Park. SPINFEST is a family-friendly community event that brings people of all ages together to enjoy the outdoors, explore bike paths in Manchester, Vernon, and East Hartford, discover local parks, and promote healthy, active living. The day will feature a guided 16-mile bike ride, bike safety activities for kids, an equestrian demonstration, live music, food vendors, and information tables from local organizations. “SPINFEST is about community, connection, and celebrating the joy of cycling and recreation,” said Patricia Buxton, President of Manchester Rotary. “Charter Oak Park is the perfect place to come together—whether you’re an avid cyclist, a casual rider, or just looking for a fun morning with family and friends.” Highlights of the day include: • Group rides and walking options for all ability levels • Children’s activities and games • Local vendors and community organizations • Food trucks and refreshments • Music and entertainment The event is free and open to the public.
