The Water Department will be flushing water mains in areas of the distribution system. Please see the attached list of streets for this week of flushing.Fire flow tests and hydraulic capacity tests of the system will also be done during this week in an effort to decrease the disturbances to our customers.
Scarecrows are coming to Downtown Manchester - Artists Wanted!
Registration for the Downtown Manchester Scarecrow Festival is now open! Individuals, families, friend groups, clubs, schools, non-profits, and businesses alike - everyone is invited to create a scarecrow!
Scarecrow Artists must register by 9/18 to participate. Early Registration : All registrations received by 8/23 will be entered to win a paint-your-own Manchester pumpkin!
