Bidwell street will be closed from Hartford Road to Ramey drive starting 9/22/2026, for 30 days to allow for sewer main installation. Detour signs have been installed to help residents navigate around closure area.Salters Pool Parking Lot will be closed starting 9/21/2026, for 6-8 weeks to allow reconstruction of the parking lot. Pond access will be maintained during construction.
In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. Registration begins at 9:30 at Rotary Pavilion. Dukes of Bourbon Street Dixieland band, 17/30 mile bike route, 4 mile mountain bike route, 2 mile historic walk through Cheney Mills, equestrian route, adaptive bikes, rickshaw and golf cart tour, Lutz Kid's Costume Bike, Walk, Pull at Rotary Music Garden, East Coast Greenway Jr. bike route, prizes, awards and fun!
