In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. Presidential Primary & Early Voting Manchester’s early voting for the Presidential Primary will be held at Mahoney Recreation Center, located at 110 Cedar Street (rear entrance off of Pleasant St), from 10am – 6pm on the following dates:

Saturday March 30, 2024
The Presidential Primary will take place April 2, 2024 from 6am – 8pm;
All Polling locations will be open on Primary Day.
