In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. Early voting for the Presidential Election will be held at Mahoney Recreation Center, located at 110 Cedar Street (rear entrance) from Oct. 21 through Nov. 3, 2024.
