Failure to pay any tax that is due by February 2, 2026 will cause the tax to become delinquent and subject to interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, back to the original due date of January 1, 2026.

On February 1, 2023, voters of Eighth Utilities District formally voted to merge with the Town of Manchester.
Due to the merger, which became effective July 1, 2023, the Annual Peach Festival is postponed until 2024.
