The Manchester Police Department is issuing an Snow Emergency Parking Ban in advance of a significant winter storm forecasted for this weekend and into early next week.The parking ban will take effect at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 22, and will remain in effect until 6:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 24.

The Senior Center Newcomer’s meeting, open to those 60+ and Manchester Resident will be held in the Senior Center Library. New members will receive introductions to our programs and tour our facility. Please register with the front office by calling (860) 647-3211 ahead of time so we may properly prepare for your visit.
