In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. The Manchester Memorial Day Parade Committee is seeking volunteers to help in the placement of America Flags on veterans graves in East Cemetery on Wednesday, May 20, 2026. Volunteers should arrive at the maintenance building on Harrison Street by 8:00 a.m. for the morning session which will run until approximately 1:00 p.m. and/or 5:00 p.m. for the evening session which will run until dusk. Individuals and groups are more than welcome to attend either or both sessions. Anyone interested in joining should email their contact information to Andy Ruganis at aruganis@cox.net for further information. Your consideration for helping to honor our fallen veterans again this year is greatly appreciated.
