In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. A final draft of Manchester NEXT, the Town’s Plan of Conservation and Development (POCD), is now available. The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on June 21, 2023, at 7:00 P.M., both virtually and in person in the Lincoln Center Hearing Room, 494 Main Street, Manchester, Connecticut, to hear and consider the adoption of the proposed update to the POCD.
