The Town of Manchester mailed the tax bills for the October 1, 2025 Grand List on June 22, 2026. The first installment of taxes on the Grand List of October 1, 2025 are due and payable on July 1, 2026. Failure to pay any tax that is due by August 3, 2026 will cause the tax to become delinquent and subject to interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, back to the original due date of July 1, 2026.

The annual Manchester Memorial Day Parade will be held on Monday May 25, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. The parade route will begin at the Army and Navy Club, 1090 Main St., turns east on East Center St., and then turns west at Agostenelli Memorial Park, and will conclude at the Center Memorial Park for a Memorial Day Service to honor our fallen Veterans. In the event the parade is cancelled due to inclement weather, the Center Memorial Park Service will be held indoors at The Salvation Army, 661 Main St., Manchester, CT 06040 at 11AM. All are invited.
Manchester's Memorial Day Observance will begin with a Church Service and Massing of the Colors at: South United Methodist Church 1226 Main St Manchester, CT 06040 Sunday May 24, 2026, 9am Service Reverend Taesung Kang will be officiating the service. The public is invited to attend.
In the event the parade is cancelled due to inclement weather, the Center Memorial Park Service will be held indoors at The Salvation Army, 661 Main St., Manchester, CT 06040 at 11AM. All are invited.
