In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. Manchester Art Association will host an “Alcohol Inks” workshop with Sharon Quaglia. Students will have the opportunity to explore, play, and learn about the properties, advantages, and limitations of alcohol inks. You will create lovely backgrounds, landscape elements, and flowers using different techniques. The workshop is Wednesday, May 3, 2023 from 10 am – 3 pm at Manchester Church of Christ, 595 Tolland Turnpike and costs $75. There is plenty of parking; the entrance to the Fellowship Hall is on the back side of the church.
