The Water Department will be flushing water mains in areas of the distribution system. Please see the attached list of streets for this week of flushing.Fire flow tests and hydraulic capacity tests of the system will also be done during this week in an effort to decrease the disturbances to our customers.

The Trust will host a CT Trails Days hike on Sunday, June 2, at 1:00 p.m. at Risley Reservoir, starting at 366 Lake Street, Vernon. Hilly and bumpy terrain, with some wet spots. This 2.5-mile hike will be held rain or shine, but extreme weather cancels. New hikers are especially encouraged to attend. Hike leaders will show the blazes on the trail that mark the way.
