Failure to pay any tax that is due by February 2, 2026 will cause the tax to become delinquent and subject to interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, back to the original due date of January 1, 2026.

Center Congregational Church, 11 Center Street, Manchester, CT, will hold their 84th Heritage Holiday Fair on Saturday, November 5, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
This year’s fair will feature many booths including Linens, Vintage items, Jewelry, Handicrafts, Country Kitchen, Rada Knives, “The Gallery” (art and framed paintings), Center Bake Shop, Wood Shop, Dining ware, books, raffles, and a re-gift shop! There is something for everyone!
There are no outside vendors. Everything new is crafted by our church members.
The fair also features a delicious light lunch available at the Center Café.
