In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. Please join us for our Annual Children’s Harvest Costume Carnival at the Manchester Church of Christ on October 15 from 1:00-3:00 pm. Children up through the 5th grade are all invited to attend in costume to enjoy activities like photo booth, bounce house, face-painting, carnival games, and more. All of the food, candy, and games are provided free of charge. All children must be accompanied by an adult and we look forward to seeing you there!
