A severe cold weather alert is in effect December 25, at 5pm until Sunday, December 28 at 10am. If you are at risk from the cold, please feel free to call 860-645-5500 for help. Individuals who are unhoused and in need of assistance should contact 2-1-1 or MACC Charities.
Failure to pay any tax that is due by February 2, 2026 will cause the tax to become delinquent and subject to interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, back to the original due date of January 1, 2026.
Manchester CERT will be hosting a FCC Ham Radio technician license training class. The classes will be held on 5 Friday evenings from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM beginning on October 21 and finishing on Nov. 18. They will be held at the Manchester EOC, 321 Olcott St Manchester. All course materials will be provided, however there is an FCC exam fee that each person will be responsible for.
