In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. Join UR Community Cares for a free community event featuring an exciting Graffiti Battle! Come and watch 20 fantastic artists painting or spraying on canvases on the same theme. One Manchester High School student is one of the artists, so come out and cheer her on. You can watch their artwork come to life and see the process of creativity and imagination.
