A severe cold weather alert is in effect December 25, at 5pm until Sunday, December 28 at 10am. If you are at risk from the cold, please feel free to call 860-645-5500 for help. Individuals who are unhoused and in need of assistance should contact 2-1-1 or MACC Charities.
Failure to pay any tax that is due by February 2, 2026 will cause the tax to become delinquent and subject to interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, back to the original due date of January 1, 2026.

Manchester Girl Scout Troops will be having their annual town-wide drive through cookie booths at the following schools. All drive by cookie booths will begin at 10:00 a.m. and end at 4:00 p.m. unless otherwise noted. This is also the last weekend for Girl Scout cookie sales. Thank you for continuing to support the Manchester Girl Scouts!
Bennett, Highland Park School, Manchester High School, Verplanck, all 10am-4pm;
Keeney (from 10:00 a.m. to noon),
and Waddell (from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.)
