The Water Department will be flushing water mains in areas of the distribution system. Please see the attached list of streets for this week of flushing.Fire flow tests and hydraulic capacity tests of the system will also be done during this week in an effort to decrease the disturbances to our customers.
The Manchester Garden Club will hold its spring Plant Sale on Saturday, May 20, 2023 in the parking lot of the Church of Pentecost, 585 East Center Street. The sale starts promptly at 8:30 a.m. until plants are gone. Plants are from member’s gardens, including annuals, perennials, herbs, small trees, ferns and pollinators. This event is rain or shine. Plants cost $5 each, with some premium plants at a higher price. Garden club members will be there to offer advice on growing tips. A variety of garden boutique items will also be sold.
