In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. The Manchester Garden Club will have their Annual Plant Sale on Saturday, May 18th beginning at 8:30 a.m. at the Pentecost Worship Center, 585 East Center Street. Rain or shine, until plants sell out. Plants will include perennials from members' gardens as well as annuals, shrubs, trees and herbs. Garden items will also be sold.
