In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. The Manchester Garden Club will host a program titled "Good Bugs, Bad Bugs and Benign Bugs" by Pamela Cooper. Ms. Cooper, a Public Service Garden Specialist for UConn Home and Garden Education Center, will speak at the May 13th meeting at 7:00 p.m.
