Failure to pay any tax that is due by February 2, 2026 will cause the tax to become delinquent and subject to interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, back to the original due date of January 1, 2026.

The Manchester Garden Club will host a program titled, “Stone In The Garden” by Andrew Pighills of Killingworth. The presentation will take place on Monday, March 13th, at 7:00 p.m. at the Assumption Church Hall, 27 Adams Street, S, in Manchester.
Mr. Pighills will explore the numerous ways that structure and definition are created in gardens using natural stone, as well as what materials are suitable for creating contrast or harmony. He has spent more than thirty years designing gardens and building dry stone walls.
