In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. The Manchester Garden Club will host a program titled, “Stone In The Garden” by Andrew Pighills of Killingworth. The presentation will take place on Monday, March 13th, at 7:00 p.m. at the Assumption Church Hall, 27 Adams Street, S, in Manchester.
Mr. Pighills will explore the numerous ways that structure and definition are created in gardens using natural stone, as well as what materials are suitable for creating contrast or harmony. He has spent more than thirty years designing gardens and building dry stone walls.
