In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. The Manchester Garden Club will meet on Monday, October 17th at 7:00 p.m. at the Assumption Church Hall, 27 Adams Street South. Mr. Dan Gallagher from the Hillstown Grange, will present a program on "Raised Garden Beds". Dan, a Master Gardener, will educate about soil amendments and what plants are best grown in beds.
