There shall be no parking on any public highway or designated municipally owned, leased or operated off-street parking area or lot in the Town between the hours of 2:00AM and 6:00AM from December 1st through April 1st.

The Manchester Women’s Club will hold a Drive Thru Food Drive on September 28, 2024. All collected donations will be donated to MACC (Manchester Area Conference of Churches). It will be held atCenter Congregational Church Parking Lot, 11 Center St., Manchester, CT.
It’s easy, people can drive to the parking lot, stop the car and volunteers will be there to take the donations.
