Bidwell street will be closed from Hartford Road to Ramey drive starting 9/22/2026, for 30 days to allow for sewer main installation. Detour signs have been installed to help residents navigate around closure area.Salters Pool Parking Lot will be closed starting 9/21/2026, for 6-8 weeks to allow reconstruction of the parking lot. Pond access will be maintained during construction.
In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. FALL FEST
PUMPKIN CARVINGS We will have staff at Northwest Park with pumpkins for you to carve and we will decorate the park and the haunted trail with your pumpkins! Meets: 10/10/23 & 10/11/23, 5:00-7:00 PM
Join us for the annual Family Fall Fest. We will have vendors, bounce houses, a haunted trail and of course CANDY! Dress in your favorite costume.
