In the coming weeks, a two-person Arcadis inspection team will conduct in-home service line inspections at select Manchester residences. Team members will carry identification badges and wear Arcadis-branded safety vests. If your property is selected for inspection, you will receive a door hanger notice in advance. A Special Meeting of the District electorate will be held on February 1, 2023 @ 7:00pm in the auditorium at Waddell Elementary School, 163 Broad Street, Manchester, CT.
The purpose of the Special Meeting will be to see if the voters approve the merger of The Eighth Utilities District and the Town of Manchester.
