There shall be no parking on any public highway or designated municipally owned, leased or operated off-street parking area or lot in the Town between the hours of 2:00AM and 6:00AM from December 1st through April 1st.

Manchester’s Early Childhood Fair is free, open to the public, and provides a wealth of information on programs, services, recreation, and local resources available for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and young children up to age 8 as well as prenatal mothers. This event will be held outdoors.
